Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update

Please CALL the office when you are having symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath, or body aches.

You will be further directed what to do for care.

Do NOT go to the ER as this can spread the infection. Please call us as soon as possible with any questions.

If you are experiencing these symptoms try to self-quarantine at home and please call to be directed 810-987-6200.

Latest HFPC Information

Patient can do almost all visits virtually; call if you are not sure
If lab work is needed, we will make a phlebotomy visit that is on site but brief
Patients can wait in their car if desired, but is not necessary
HFPC will continue to clean between patients, provide extra cleaning throughout the day and deep cleaning after each clinic day

Insurance Information

We participate in many health plans. Some health plans are better for preventative care than others; some health plans offer more choices. Please check with your health plan and, if needed, we have our Billing Department available to help guide you to your answers.

Lab Test Results

Our office regularly uses laboratories and other test facilities to ensure better communication. We strive to get test results finalized as quickly and as efficiently as possible. These results will also be available on your patient portal within two weeks. Please contact us if you have not received your results by then.
